Cancelation Policy:
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Kids under 15 y/o are not allowed.
STAIRS. The house has stairs, is not a good place for people with hip or knees problems
There is not parking. You can park in front of Casa Cinco Patios or in the same street, 2 blocks away, there are 2 parking lots for your convenience.  
Pets are not allowed
 
Note: If you are NOT a Dog Lover, probably this is not a good option for you.  In Casa Cinco Patios live 2 small dogs: Benito and Drako (Westies)
